India accused Pakistan at 7th Meeting of 58th Session of the UN Human Rights Council. India accused Pakistan over Kashmir remarks and called Pakistan as failed state on international aid. Kshitij Tyagi from Permanent Mission of India to the UN in Geneva, said that it was unsurprising that Pakistan’s leaders continued spread falsehoods from their military-terrorist complex.
Kshitij Tyagi said, “It is regrettable to see Pakistan’s leaders to spreading falsehoods handed down by military terrorist complex. Pakistan make mockery of the OIC by abusing it as its mouthpiece.” “It is unfortunate that this Council’s time will wasted by failed state that thrives on instability and survives on international handouts.”
India accused Pakistan over Kashmir remarks
Tyagi focus that that Jammu and Kashmir with Ladakh reaffirm the Reaffirming India’s stance. It remains integral part of India, and point to progress in these regions. “The Union Territories of J & K and Ladakh will always remain an integral and inalienable part of India. The political, social and economic progress in J&K in previous few years speaks for itself. These successes are testament to the people’s trust in the government’s commitment to bring normalcy to area scarred by Pakistan-sponsored terrorism,” Tyagi said.
He also said, “Pakistan must move past its unhealthy obsession with india country and address the issues that impact on citizens.” India are still focus on progress, democracy and ensure dignity for people. He said, “Values that Pakistan will do well to learn from.”

Harish said, “ The Foreign Minister of Pakistan and Deputy PM referred to integral part of India, Union Territory of J and K in his remarks. I will like to reaffirm that Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has been always be, a integral part of India.”
