India sent a medical team to assist Bangladesh to assist deadly crash of an air force jet that killed dozens of students and teachers at the Milestone College in Dhaka. The incident occurs on Monday (21 July, 2025) and leave the more than 100 injured people in plane crash.
Official Spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs Randhir Jaiswal announced that medical experts and a nursing assistant from India’s top hospitals reached Dhaka to assist the injured.
India Medical team reached to Bangladesh
He introduced that the team will start works at “a selected hospital” from Thursday morning. The tragic incident drew condolences from different parts of the world along with from PM Narendra Modi who provide support.
“Deeply shocked and saddened on the lack of lives, many of them younger students, in a tragicair crash in Dhaka. Our hearts are with bereaved families. We pray for the fast recovery of those injured. Iindia stands with Bangladesh and is prepared to extend all possible support and help,” said PM Modi.
MoFA express concerns towards Air Crash
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) of Bangladesh expressed Dhaka’s support from India and different countries and said “Bangladesh know harmony by people and leadership throughout South Asia and lots of other countries following tragic air crash in Dhaka affects lack of lives of kids and others.”
The incident drawn world attention with India, China and Japan comes to support Bangladesh. Bangladesh has been in mourning given that a Chinese-made F7 plane crashed at the Milestone College in the northern area of Dhaka. On Tuesday, students held a protest searching for details about the number of casualties in the incident.
