A local man in Narkhoria taken a 9 kms Prostration Pilgrimage to a temple to fulfill a vow he made while hoping for a divorce. The trek occurred on March 28. Jogesh wanted to show his gratitude after his wish for freedom from marital disputes granted in 2025.
Man Completes 9km Prostration Pilgrimage After Divorce
Jogesh, who works in interior design in Delhi, got married in 2022. However, disagreements over financial matters created tension in his marriage. His search for a solution changed when he prayed at the Siddh Peeth Bairwa Samay Mata temple. Here, he promised to undertake the ritual if his wish came true.
The journey closely monitored by local authorities due to prohibitory orders. Sub-Divisional Magistrate Himanshu Kumar and the police set up security measures, allows Jogesh to complete his symbolic walk with his family and villagers.
