The Telangana Police has foiled ISIS-linked bomb plot in Hyderabad in a joint operation with Andhra Pradesh police. The operation arrest of two terror operatives, Siraj from Vizianagaram and Sameer from Hyderabad, who had been allegedly planning to perform a dummy blast in the city.
Reportedly, Siraj procured explosive materials in Vizianagaram as part of the plan. The duo had received instructions from an ISIS module based in Saudi Arabia, which was allegedly guiding them to conducts attacks in Hyderabad. Both the fear operatives are taken into custody.

This joint operation concerned Telangana Counter Intelligence and Andhra Pradesh Intelligence. In the wake of the current Pahalgam terror assault, protection forces have released significant search operations across several states together with J & K, following inputs about the possible presence of terrorists.
The National Investigation Agency also on Friday raided 15 places in Punjab connected to gangster Happy Passian, who is connected with Pakistan based Khalistani terrorist Harwinder Singh alias Rinda, in connection with the grenade attack on a police station in Gurdaspur district in December last year.

Along with terrorists behind ISIS-linked bomb plot in Hyderabad, a set of terrorists, along with both Pakistani nationals and nearby operatives arrest linked to the Lashkar-e-Taiba, opened fireplace at tourists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam. While security officials have recognized the perpetrators, they stay at big and are but to be traced after fleeing the scene.
