To organize the Ram Navami celebrations, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reviewed the preparations on Monday. They are set to welcome and host President Droupadi Murmu at the Ram temple in Ayodhya on March 19. Murmu will lead the rituals and place the Shri Ram Yantra in the temple.
This ceremony takes place on the first day of Chaitra Navratri, marking the start of the Hindu New Year. The government and the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust have made thorough preparations for the event.

ChampatRai, the trust’s general secretary, said that the Shri Ram Yantra arrived in Ayodhya two years ago. He explained that the yantra is based on Vedic mathematics and geometric patterns.
It is seen as a sacred symbol that channels divine energy and positive spiritual vibrations. Currently, it is being worshipped before Raja Ram and will be placed on the second floor of the Ram Temple during the ceremony.
A nine-day Vedic ritual has already started ahead of the installation, with priests and scholars from South India, Varanasi, and Ayodhya participating. Around 7,000 people are expected to attend, including saints, dignitaries, and contributors to the temple’s construction.
