Seniors Assault Dog Owner Over Urination Near Walking Path in Bengaluru Complex

A fight broke out among senior citizens over a dog urinating in a designated walking area at the Brigade Utopia apartment in Bengaluru. Both sides accused each other of being aggressive and approached the police.

Fight between seniors and dog owner in Bengaluru

The pet owner, Tarun Arora, was walking his dog when it urinated in the area. This led a citizen to ask why he brought the dog there. The situation got worse, and around 7 to 8 senior citizens reportedly attacked Tarun, kicking and hitting him. A woman who tried to break up the fight also claimed that Tarun assaulted her.

Pet owner filed complaint

Tarun filed a complaint with the Varthur police, saying the senior citizens attacked him. In response, the woman filed a counter-complaint, claiming that Tarun struck them when they confronted him about his dog. She said Tarun threatened them, saying, “I’ll show you” and “You won’t be spared.” She claimed they feared for their lives and requested protection.
