Supreme Court rejects Ranveer Allahbadia passport release Request

YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, who has been facing legal problem in an obscene funny story case, filed an mission in the Supreme Court saying he could keep decency in his shows.

During the hearing on Tuesday, the Supreme Court bench said, “It is talked about that the petitioner (Allahbadia) become summoned, and he seemed before the National Commission for Women, where his announcement became recorded… He also joined investigation at Guwahati police station… Petitioner has also given project that his show will keep decency and will not point out.”

Ranveer Allahbadia Big controversy

Both Allahbadia and Ashish Chanchalani fall themselves on the centre of a big controversy remaining month after Allahbadia’s joke related to parents went viral. The observation drew severe backlash and cases were filed in Mumbai and Guwahati towards Allahbadia, Chanchalani, and several others.

Earlier, the Supreme Court had granted interim protection to Ranveer Allahabadia however got here down heavily on him for the language used at the show. “There is something very dirty in his mind, which has been submitted by him at the application,” the court room had observed.

The court had initially barred him from airing any show however later lifted the restrict imposed on the Youtuber. The court had said Ranveer Allahbadia was free to run his shows “concern to morality and decency.”

Court Restricts Ranveer to leave India

The court had also barred Ranveer Allahbadia from leaving India without permission. Allahbadia had sought amendment of the top court’s conditions asking Allahbadia to submit his passport and stated it affected his life.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday stated that Ranveer Allahbadia’s plea seeking launch of his passport may be considered after  weeks while probe into the obscene funny story case ends. YouTuber Ashish Chanchalani had also filed a plea looking for release of his passport, which has also not been entertained via Supreme Court.
