Chief Election Commissioner Gyanash Kumar on Sunday fought for “Vote Churi” or election fraud allegations to win the elections held by the Congress and leader Rahul Gandhi. He also said that no complaint accepted in the draft list of Special Intensive Amendment (SIR).
Without Rahul Gandhi’s name, CEC Kumar said “PPT presentation” saw the “incorrect analysis” of voter data. He challenged Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to give a affidavit on his allegations in seven days or “apologize to the country”.

In the press conference, Rahul Gandhi gave duplicate entries of individuals, addresses with zero, and duplicate entries of dozens of voters from a small house. The Election Commission said that some voters accused of duplicate voting.
CEC Kumar said that the name of the voter in multiple booth is one thing. Even if voters has name in double places, then their votes only applicable in one. It is criminal offence to cast votes in two different places, said CEC Kumar.
