A Janata Dal United (JDU) leader found dead in Bihar. His death seem as mysterious event, and family alleged it as murder case over land dispute. Rajkishore Nishad died under suspicious conditions, with CCTV pictures showing him falling from a auto-rickshaw, that led to his dying, said the police.
“CCTV pictures related to incident has recovered. Rajkishore Nishad is visible falling from a auto-rickshaw. There is seen bleeding. It is suspected that the fall cause his death. The criminals used a iron rod to killed him. However, the matter remains under investigation. The body sent for post mortem, police said.”
Rajkishore Nishad Death: Is it Mysterious Murder?
Despite the police’s preliminary findings, Nishad’s family rejected the initial claims. They express their dissatisfaction by held protest on the Gogri police station. The state of affairs escalated when a crowd blocked site visitors at Gogri Registry Chowk, disrupting movements on the Agwani–Maheshkhunt road.
The incident is related to a nearby land dispute at the Vishari temple, in which a few villagers allegedly encroached upon temple land. Nishad had received threats on this.
Dead Body Sent for Post Mortem
While police do not take the case like murder initially, they will take action after the reports comes from Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) team. FSL team was deployed to the spot to help in the investigation. Senior officer Rakesh Kumar showed that SDPO Ramesh Kumar is leading the inquiry to reveal the Rajkishore Nishad’ s death information. The own family’s insistence on foul play and the alleged land dispute add layers of complexity to the case.
