“Congress is involved in international conspiracies to weaken India,” Modi said, accusing the party of facilitating conspiracies that are aimed at destabilizing the nation. He accused these conspiracies of aiming at not only economic and democratic but also social stability in India with international actors propounding Congress in these efforts. Modi claimed that the Congress party and its allies were part of a larger conspiracy aimed at undermining progress in the country.
As Modi had addressed, in the wake of BJP’s victory in the Haryana Assembly, he urged that Congress is involved in global conspiracies to weaken India is a fact that no one could deny. He called for every Indian to reject all such attempts while asserting that the country would continue on its path of development. The BJP won a historic third consecutive term in Haryana with 48 seats in a victory that Modi attributed to the triumph of truth and good governance against the unsuccessful attempts at destabilization attributed to Congress.
His statements read:
“For some time now, many conspiracies are being hatched against India. Many conspiracies are being hatched to weaken India’s democracy and social fabric. International conspiracies are being hatched.
National parties like Congress and their allies are involved in this game. Today Haryana has given a befitting reply to every such conspiracy. Every Indian will have to take a pledge that we will not let any such conspiracy succeed. India will not deviate from the path of development.”
Congress is involved in international conspiracies to weaken India, prioritizes personal interests over nations’ welfare: Claims Modi
Modi went further to say that this reflects the desperation of Congress when out of power and likened it to “fish without water.” He accused Congress of prioritizing interests of the party before the nation’s and how often the country’s social fabric and security stand at risk due to political aggrandizement. This, he underlined, starkly contrasts with the inclusive governance of BJP, one that is oriented towards development.
The Prime Minister drew a direct relation between BJP’s victory in Haryana and people’s rejection of these alleged conspiracies. He termed the victory a sort of endorsement of the people’s confidence in the BJP’s governance when all the exit polls had given totally different signals. He reiterated making it clear he feels the party has set at risk the future of the country both internally and on the world stage.
Modi concluded by saying the BJP victory in Haryana was not merely a local triumph, but a national milestone . It reinforces the party vision for progress and stability against disrupting forces he linked to Congress and its global allies.
