Congress MP Rahul Gandhi again made attack on Election Commission over Vote Chori. He starts the action against Chief Election Commissioner and two Election Commissioners. He address the gatherings in Gaya, and said that election panel was asking him to file an affidavit. Further, he also said that vote chori was attack on soul of “Bharat Mata”.
Rahul Gandhi demands EC to submit affidavit
He said, “I want to tell the Election Commission that the whole country will ask you to give an affidavit.
Gandhi said in his address, “Like PM (Narendra), Modi ji talks of a special program, the Election Commission brought a special program for Bihar, which means that the vote is a new form of chori.”
The Rae Bareli MP said that the Bihar people will tell EC and BJP leaders that “vote chori” not done in the state. Former Congress leader also started a direct attack on Chief EC Gyanash Kumar and Election Commissioners Sukhabir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi.

“Whatever I say, I do it. You have seen that I do not lie from the stage … These 3 Election Commissioners … I want to tell them that this is Modi ji’s government right now. Tejashvi ji said that you (Election Commissioner) have taken BJP membership and are working for him,” he said.
“But understand one thing, one day will come when there will be an Indian block government in Bihar and Delhi. Then we will take action against the three of you. You have stolen (votes) from all over the country,” Rahul Gandhi said.
Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Ganesh Kumar commented on Gandhi after he serving a 7 day ultimatum to present a signed affidavit to return his claims to Gandhi. Otherwise the allegations will considered baseless and invalid.
