The Lok Sabha revoked the Suspension of eight Opposition Members of Parliament (MPs) through a voice vote.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju moved the motion after Congress Chief Whip K. Suresh apologized for the “inadvertent mistake” by some members.

Dharmendra Yadav from the Samajwadi Party and SupriyaSule from the NCP supported this motion.
The Hindu reported that the government and the Opposition parties had reached an agreement on the issue during a meeting of floor leaders led by Speaker Om Birla. On February 3, seven Congress MPs and one CPI(M) MP were suspended for unruly behavior after the LokSabha passed a resolution during the first part of the Budget session.
Who was suspended?
The suspended members included Gurjeet Singh Aujla, Hibi Eden, C. Kiran Kumar Reddy, Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, Manickam Tagore, Prashant Padole, and Dean Kuriakose, all from Congress, along with S. Ventakesan from the CPI(M).
