Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan has bought three adjoining land parcels in Alibaug. The three plots measure 9,557 sq ft and valued at a total of ₹6.59 crore, based on property registration documents.

These plots are part of a project called ‘A Alibaug’ Phase-2. And built by the House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), according to the documents. The three transactions registered on October 7, 2025. A registration fee of ₹90,000 and a stamp duty of ₹39.58 lakh paid, based on the property registration documents.
Big B buy plots from HOABL Landbuild Pvt Ltd
As per the property registration documents, Bachchan purchased plots numbered 96, 97, and 98 from HOABL Landbuild Pvt Ltd. The individual plot prices are ₹2.78 crore for Plot 96. It costs ₹1.92 crore for Plot 97, and ₹1.88 crore for Plot 98.
Amitabh Bachchan made headlines in April 2024 for buying a 10,000 sq ft land parcel in Alibaug for ₹10 crore from HoABL. He acquired this plot in a project called A Alibaug, a 20-acre plotted development launched in April 2023.
