India vs Oman: Ayush Badoni shines as India A triumphs by 6 wickets

India vs Oman put up a thrilling contest in the ACC Men’s T20 Emerging Teams Asia Cup. India A registered an easy six-wicket win while chasing a target of 141 that India A reached in 15.2 overs with four wickets still in hand at the Al Amerat Cricket Ground. Their hard-hitting came at the hands of Mohammad Nadeem, who scored 41* off 49 balls and Hammad Mirza, whose quick 28* from 15 balls saw Oman put up a decent total that, however, did not see much acceleration against India, which, thus still kept its bowling discipline intact. Wickets came at the hands of Aaqib Khan, Ramandeep Singh and Sai Kishore through crucial strikes which stopped the flow of scoring runs for Oman.

Also, Badoni’s well-crafted half-century laced with six boundaries and two towering sixes.

The Omani bowlers could not maintain a tight leash on India A’s batting where Karan Sonavale, Aamir Kaleem, and Sufyan Mehmood were the only ones who could manage to get wickets, but this also could not break the aggressive chase. India vs Oman ended with India A comfortably achieving the target, thus cementing its position in the tournament.
