The highly anticipated WPL Auction 2026 is just weeks away. Before WPL , a big auction will occur where many players will be sold and signed by franchises for the tournament. The date for the auction has been announced, increasing excitement among cricket fans. WPL shared a 10-day countdown on its official social media accounts, stating, “10 Days to Go. The countdown to #TATAWPL Mega Auction has begun. Catch the #TATAWPLAuction 2026 on November 27 on WPLT20.COM.”
According to the WPL website, each franchise can build a squad of 18 players. Across five franchises, 73 positions need to be filled, including 23 for overseas players. UP Warriorz will enter the auction with the most money available.

- Gujarat Giants – Rs 9 crore
- Mumbai Indians – Rs 5.75 crore
- Royal Challengers Bengaluru – Rs 6.15 crore
