Adani Ports shares Surge in Q4 Net Profit
The company has shown a 50 % year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profits to Rs 3,023.10 in the 4th sector. The company had published a consolidated net profits of Rs 2,025 crore in the 4th sector of 2024. In the remaining sector, the company consolidated net profit was Rs 2,518.39 crore.
According to the data shared with exchanges, the business industry profits from operations in the March area rise to Rs 8,769.63 crore from Rs 7,199.94 crore in the year-ago sector. In the last region, it was Rs 8,186 crore.
Investment Dividend 2025
Meanwhile, the board of the Adani Ports shares has recommended a dividend of Rs 7 or 350 % with an equity percentage with a face price of Rs 2 each. It must be referred to that the dividend is a problem for approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM. The agency has fixed June 13, 2025, as the filing date for the corporate movement. As per the exchange filing, the dividend, if authorized, may be paid on or after June 26, 2025.
