14 Flights Cancelled by Air India and Air India Express Due to West Asia Tensions

Air India and Air India Express have canceled 14 flights today due to the ongoing situation in West Asia. However, they have scheduled flights from Sharjah to Delhi, Kannur, Kochi, Kozhikode, Mumbai, and Thiruvananthapuram. Air India stated that two flights will also operate from Ras Al Khaimah to Kozhikode and Kochi.

Air India cancelled 14 flights over West Asia tensions

The airline said these flights will run based on slot availability and the conditions at the time of operation. It also mentioned that ad-hoc operations in the region have been limited following instructions from the UAE Airport Authorities.

The flight operator added that passengers with canceled or temporarily suspended services can rebook for a later date at no extra charge or choose a full refund.

Limited flights operations in Dubai

Meanwhile, Indigo has announced that its flight operations have been limited in Dubai, which has led to changes in flight schedules. The airline has asked passengers traveling to or from Dubai to check their flight status before heading to the airport.
