Amid escalations with Pakistan, India has launched a first attack at Karachi Port. Explosions heard in the southern Pakistan city of Karachi near the port, as per reports. It is the first time after 1971, the Indian Navy opened front against Pakistan. The Navy has reportedly released missile strikes on key Pakistani naval bases, causing main destruction and panic along Pakistan’s shoreline.
India hit missiles on Karachi Port
The Western Fleet of Indian army working from Mumbai deployed and equipped if any type of attack happens in these areas they completely equipped for retribution and response. In December 1971, all through the Indo-Pakistan War, the Indian Navy released daring naval strikes on Karachi, Pakistan’s maximum essential port metropolis and naval headquarters.
Karachi oil storage facility damaged
India released a night time attack by using missile boats — INS Nipat, INS Nirghat, and INS Veer — escorted by using two anti-submarine corvettes. The strike sank two Pakistani destroyers (PNS Khyber and PNS Muhafiz) and damaged the Karachi Port and oil storage facility, causing massive explosions and fires seen for miles. India suffered no casualties in this attack.
