Bryan Johnson, the $100-million-making entrepreneur who ran the age-regression project Blueprint, has finished his mid-Atlantic visit to India, spanning six days. On his visit, Johnson publicized his book Don’t Die and offered advice on social media from his visit. On his most recent X post, he expressed praise for India’s energy stating, “Hungry for life, young, and open-minded” and thanked India for its hospitable warmth, and disclosed that India’s “long history” has a unique attraction for him.

“Take your work seriously, but not yourself,” he wrote.

Bryan Johnson praises founder of zero on his visit to India

Johnson emphasized the Indian input to world advancement, notably the Indian mathematical genius. He also stated that Brahmagupta’s discovery of zero in the seventh century, i.e., the invention of zero, is the cornerstone of modern physics, computing, and timekeeping achievements. Zero is the underpinning of my reasoning for the zeroth principle and Zeroism. Our modern world—and Don’t Die—wouldn’t be possible without it, he explained.

Although Johnson praised Indian culture, he also noted the Indian environmental problems. He remarked on the shocking extent to which air quality is normalized for the citizens, comparing air quality to smoking “[more] than one cigarette in a day],” and emphasized the importance of acting now on air pollution, as he said, “Solving air quality in India is at least as crucial as curing cancer.

While visiting, Johnson met with influential people such as the CEO of Zomato Deepinder Goyal, and organized a small group meeting for health professionals and innovators. The event explored the fusion of technology and health, sparking discussions on longevity and innovation.

Ending his visit, Johnson penned, “India, thank you for having me. I hope to return soon.”
