Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited reports profits of Rs 262 crore in 3rd quarter of the financial year. It marks the historical achievements’ after 17 years.  It lead to decline in losses by more than Rs 1,800 crore compared to last year. The Telco said that its mobility services revenue increase by 15%, and Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) revenue increased by 18%. Leased Line services revenue increase to 14% over Q3 of the previous year.

Innovations by BSNL

Amid BSNL makes impressive profits of Rs 262 crore, it has introduced innovations such as National WiFi Roaming, BiTV, and improve customer experience. It gives Free Entertainment to All Mobile Customers and IFTV for All FTTH Customers. Ravi said in reports, ” Our focus on Quality of Service and Service Assurance has enhanced customer trust and led BSNL’s position as the best telecom service provider in India.

The Telco said it continued to focus on service excellence, digital transformation and 5G preparedness. It makes the BSNL more competitive. This financial turnaround marks the BSNL’s commitment to give affordable high-quality telecom services and drive online growth.
