Five years after the loss of life of Disha Salian, the previous supervisor of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, her father approached the Bombay High Court to filled FIR against Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Aaditya Thackeray and others. After Disha Salian’s father wants probe , Thackeray claimed that it became a bid through the BJP authorities to defame him, and he will filled his case in courtroom.
The petition was submitted before the courtroom by Satish Salian’s attorney, who said the process of submitting would be finished by Thursday.
Disha died on June eight, 2020, after falling from the 14th ground of a high-upward thrust in suburban Malad. Police then registered an Accidental Death Report (ADR) case. Six days later, actor Sushant Singh Rajput was discovered dead in his Bandra flat. The police initially said it become a suicide case, and it became later handed over to the CBI.

It in addition claimed that the professional post-mortem report was “altered under political stress to defend the accused” and Disha’s frame became moved to the scene later.
“The photographic evidence proves that the legitimate autopsy document was tampered with to match the planned suicide narrative created by using the accused and the complicit law enforcement officials,” the plea claimed.
TAMPERING OF EVIDENCE
Disha Salian’s father wants probe and alleged that forensic proof was destroyed, or even CCTV pictures became tampered with. It claimed that a hurried cremation was carried out without a proper post-mortem evaluation. The plea accused the police of in search of the intervention of politicians to cover up the case.
Further, the plea talked about the autopsy timelines of Disha and Sushant Singh Rajput. It claimed that while as Rajput’s autopsy was performed at the same day of his death, the post-mortem of Disha was behind schedule through over 50 hours.
