According to the sources, the board has also contacted Vedant since his post gained attention online. They added that a dedicated team is monitoring complaints and cases raised on social media.
Vedant claimed that after requesting a photocopy of his Physics answer sheet, he received a booklet that was not his. He also shared images of the answer sheets provided by the board.
Board will update result card of Vedant Srivastava
Media spoke to Vedant’s brother, Siddhant Srivastava, over the phone. He confirmed that the CBSE reached out to the family and assured them that the situation will addressed. The family said that the board promised to update both the photocopy and the result.
Siddhant mentioned that they requested the photocopy on May 19 and received it via email on May 23. He said that after receiving the copy, the family contacted CBSE about the alleged mix-up and reached out through the board’s helpline. The family is currently not engaging with the media after experiencing trolling on social media.
The public allegation has raised concerns about the board’s OSM system amid ongoing complaints about portal crashes, payment issues, and unclear scanned copies. Similar claims have also emerged from a few other students on different platforms.
