Hi folks, good news for all teaching aspirants out there! Delhi University is going to conduct a mass recruitment process and will recruit a total of 575 Faculty members in its different departments.
The recruitment process will include Professors and Associate Professors with Assistant Professors. It is going to offer various opportunities to the deserving candidates in the three categories.
Delhi University Faculty Members Recruitment Dates:
Applications will be open from October 14, 2024 to October 24, 2024. This will provide interested individuals with two weeks to apply online at the website of Delhi University, du.ac.in.
The number of faculty positions to be filled by the Faculty recruitment in Delhi University stands at three figures, which is divided into 116 for Assistant Professors, 145 for Professors and 313 for Associate Professors.
Candidates who are eligible to apply, as per specific educational qualifications and age limits for each post, may download complete notification along with other details from the website of Delhi University
Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview also. They will be required to produce original certificates and testimonials along with valid photo identification document like Aadhaar, Voter ID or Passport.
Candidates must submit selfattested photocopies of all their certificates and testimonials, certified by themself at the time of the interview.
Delhi University to Recruit 575 Faculty Members: What Will be the Fees?
Application fees will vary based on the category. Candidates from the unreserved category would charge ₹2000; and the OBC/EWS category and women applicants would charge ₹1500.
The fee for candidates belonging to SC/ST category, which would be ₹1000. For PwBD, it is ₹500. Application fees are non-refundable and need to be done online through credit /debit card or Net Banking.

For each job you want to apply for and each department you wish to apply for, you must make separate applications. Each of these application procedures requires paying a different application fee payment.
