He worked in the corporate banks and shared that his decision was not impulsive. He said that he decide to quit due to working pressure and poor work life balance. He share, that 9 to 5 job slowly turned into much longer hours and lasts from 9 am to 7 PM. He also said that workweek extend from 5 days to 6 days.

He pointed out that a big part of the stress came from aggressive sales targets. Employees needed to close deals worth up to Rs 10 crore, and not meeting these goals often led to added pressure and repeated performance cycles. Over time, these constant demands began to affect him.
