Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren announced on Thursday that appointment letters will be given to over 10,000 people on November 28. This event will celebrate the one-year anniversary of his government.
Soren took office as the 14th chief minister of Jharkhand on November 28 last year. The JMM-led alliance won power for the second time, securing 56 seats in the 81-member assembly.

“Our government is completing one year on Friday. To mark this occasion, we will provide jobs to more than 10,000 youths,” Soren said at a gathering for the 68th death anniversary of his grandfather, Sobaran Soren. The event took place at Lukaiyatand ground in Ramgarh district.
The Chief Minister also mentioned that self-employment opportunities are being created in the state. “The government is working towards a vision of making Jharkhand prosperous, even better than Delhi, Mumbai, and Gujarat, by 2050,” he said.
Boost state development
Soren encouraged everyone to unite and contribute to the overall development of Jharkhand state. “I have always said that our government operates from villages, not from Ranchi. We need to strengthen the rural economy and ensure farmers prosper,” he said.
“People should be aware of the various government schemes so they can benefit from them. We must close the door to middlemen, and I need the support of the people for that,” the chief minister added.
