He bought the 2,134 sqft plot at “The Sarayu,” a premium 75-acre development by The House of Abhinandan Lodha. This project will going to become luxury spiritual-lifestyle destination, because it features more than 35 curated lifestyle amenities, Leela-managed vegetarian luxury hotel, and clubhouse.
However, beyond the celebrity aspect, this purchase highlights a larger trend in Ayodhya. The city is transforming into one of India’s top real estate and tourism markets.
A Big investment before Ramayana film
Since the Ram Mandir project’s launch, infrastructure development in Ayodhya has accelerated. The city has seen a significant increase in investor interest, land prices, and tourism-related projects. Better connectivity, new highways, airport expansions, and large public investments are quickly changing Ayodhya from primarily a pilgrimage spot into a full-scale economic and hospitality hub.
This purchase comes at an important time for the actor. He is set to play Lord Rama in Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming mythological film Ramayana.
Ranbir Kapoor purchase follows recent significant investments in Ayodhya by other well-known individuals. This shows growing confidence in Ayodhya’s emerging real estate and tourism sector. Earlier in March, Amitabh Bachchan bought a 2.67-acre land parcel worth Rs 35 crore from The House of Abhinandan Lodha in Ayodhya.
