Salman Khan Announces Eid 2027 Release for Action Thriller

The untitled film, produced by Dil Raju under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations, features Tamil star Nayanthara as the female lead and Salman Khan as male lead. It began shooting in Mumbai earlier this week.

This announcement continues Salman’s long-standing tradition of releasing films during Eid. His previous Eid releases include blockbusters like “Wanted,” “Dabangg,” “Bodyguard,” “Bajrangi Bhaijaan,” “Sultan,” “Kick,” and “Bharat.”

Salman shared the news by posting a behind-the-scenes video from the sets on his Instagram. He wrote in the caption, “Thoda durr ki sochna chahiye. That’s why I announced Eid. Don’t worry, iss wali ka bhi bataenge when the time is right. Patience, thoda sa sabar. Mere jitna he intezar karna padega. Baher haal jo apka hai wohi mera bhi haal hai… haha.”

Producers and directors team

Shirish and Kuldeep Rathore are producing the movie, with Rafi Kazi as co-producer. The project brings together two of Indian cinema’s biggest names, and the makers are promoting it as a large-scale theatrical entertainer. Paidipally is known for his blockbuster hits, including “Yevadu,” “Oopiri,” “Maharshi,” and “Varisu.”
