He post the new music video on Instagram that features his co-star Chitrangda Singh. This updated version of the song moves away from the bright visuals of the original. Instead, it centers on Salman Khan and Chitrangda Singh, enhancing the emotional depth of the story. The black-and-white look emphasizes distance and emotional struggles, creating a stark difference from the colorful earlier release.
The original Main Hoon, released on Valentine’s Day, offered a wider emotional range. It depicted the life of a soldier’s family, showcasing moments of togetherness as well as the quiet pain of separation when duty calls. The song, sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Ayan Lall, reflects the emotional sacrifices made by military personnel and their families.
Growing Buzz Around Maatrubhumi
This new release comes as excitement for Maatrubhumi keeps growing. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film was previously called Battle of Galwan and is said to be inspired by the 2020 clash between India and China in Galwan Valley before being renamed.
