Today, Apple introduced its flagship models, the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, at its September 9 event. Marketed as the most powerful iPhones ever made, the new Pro lineup features a redesigned camera system, a fast A19 Pro chip, and the longest battery life for an iPhone.
These new phones run on Apple’s newest 3-nanometre A19 Pro processor. The iPhone 17 has the regular A19, which is a less powerful version. As expected, they come with more RAM, offering 12GB compared to the 8GB in the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air.

The camera system stands out. Both Pro models have a new, larger 48-megapixel main sensor aimed at capturing impressive detail and better low-light performance. The telephoto lens offers up to 8x optical zoom. Video recording has increased to 8K, making these phones valuable tools for professionals and creators.
Titanium replaced by Apple in New Models
The design is improved with a dual-tone finish made of glass, or Ceramic Shield 2, and metal. Apple has replaced titanium to create what it calls a unibody chassis and a wider camera layout for a more cohesive look. The screen size is 6.3 inches for the Pro and 6.9 inches for the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
