Maharashtra has report Covid -19 associated deaths for the reason that January this year, the state health department said on Tuesday. In a release, the department stated both fatalities have been pronounced from Mumbai and involved patients with comorbidities.
Covid Cases Report in Maharashtra
One of the deceased had nephrotic syndrome with hypocalcemia seizure, while the other was a person with the cancers, it stated. The release said a total of 6,066 swab samples had been tested for COVID-19 since January, of which 106 tested positive for the infectious disease. Of those, 101 have been from Mumbai, and the final from Pune, Thane, and Kolhapur.
Currently, 52 patients are undergoing treatment for moderate signs, whilst 16 are being treated at hospitals, stated the branch. “A spike in Covid-19 cases isn’t always best being visible in Maharashtra, however also in other states or even different international locations,” the release stated.
