There are 16 Naxals killed, and jawans injured after a gunfight broke out in Chhattisgarh’s Sukma district on Saturday morning, police said. The gunfight took place as a joint team of safety forces. It consists personnel from the District Reserve Guard (DRG) and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), was out on an anti-Naxal operation, the official said. The officials stated that the operation to seek out Naxals became launched on Friday night time in the Kerlapal place based on credible inputs.
Range weapons recovered from Chhattisgarh’s Sukma district
