A confrontation between BJP Delhi Councillor councillor Renu Chaudhary and a foreign national has sparked a debate online. The incident occurred when the person of African descent was working with children at a park in the Pratapganj area of Delhi.
The footage shows Chaudhary threatening the African man with consequences if he doesn’t learn Hindi within a month. The man has been in the neighborhood for years, working as a football coach and training local kids in the park.
Delhi Councillor Confronts African Coach In Delhi Park
The video captures Renu confronting a group of people inside a public park. She speaks loudly in Hindi, questioning why the foreign national hasn’t learned the language despite living in India. During the encounter, the councillor accuses the group of not taking her seriously and demands to know why the coach cannot speak Hindi.
“You are not serious. Tum serious ho hi nahi meri baat ke liye. Sun ke bhi razi nahi ho tum. Kyu nahi seekhi Hindi? Agar agle 1 mahine mein Hindi nahi seekhi, isse park cheen lo,” she says.
Park Timings And Responsibility Warning
In another part of the video, Delhi Councillor Chaudhary points her finger at someone out of the frame and warns about park rules and safety. “Btari hu tujhe, 8 baje park band ho jana chahiye, koi bhi criminal activity hogi toh tum zimmedar ho,” she states.
The clip was shared on X (formerly Twitter) with a caption criticizing the councillor’s behavior. It read, “This is a BJP leader from Delhi, her name is Renu Chaudhary. The African person she’s yelling at teaches football in the park. If he’s done something illegal, there is a law in our country, but she prefers this kind of rude reel-making.
