It can be visible in the video that a police officer slaps the shopkeeper in the center of the street because of which he collapses on the street and falls subconscious. The incident occurs on May 29 and the video widely circulated on social media.

Station House Officer (SHO) Pushpendra Bansiwal allegedly slapped the shopkeeper that he lost his consciousness. An investigation initiated in matter after the victim, identified as Rizwan who works at the shop, registered file against the police officer.
The video show that Bansiwal at the side of other law enforcement officials is pulling Rizwan with his collar. He then asks him to get into the police jeep, to which Rizwan denies and the police officer slaps him. There are reviews that SHO Bansiwal requested Rizwan to move a motorcycle stationed in the front of the shop where he worked. He try to support, but, the motorbike not moved because the handle was locked.

However, SHO reportedly lost his temper and slapped Rizwan in front of the public and different law enforcement officials present on the spot. The slap was so brutal that Rizwan collapsed and fainted. Rizwan claimed that he had undergone ear surgical treatment, however the police disregarded his medical condition.
SHO Pushpendra Bansiwal has denied the allegations and said that the police had been seeking to clear the location for a rally on Maharana Pratap Jayanti. He also stated that Rizwan misbehaved with the police because of which he was being taken to the police station. He denied the allegations of Kota Shocking incident.
