PM Modi will visit Motihari in Bihar Today on July 18, where he’ll inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of a various development projects worth ₹7,200 crore. The development works worth Rs. 7200 crore can be dedicated to the state or their foundation stones laid. These works covers Software Technology Parks, 4 new Amrit Bharat trains, road projects and more.
According to a announcement from the PM Office on Thursday, he’s going to also address a public development. Prime Minister will lay the foundation, inaugurate and dedicate to the state development projects catering to Rail, Road, Rural Development, Fisheries, Electronics, and IT sectors.
PM Modi Inaugurate projects of ₹7,200 crore in Bihar
In line along with his commitment to enhance connectivity and infrastructure, PM will commit to the state rail projects. It consists of computerized signals among Samastipur-Bachhwara rail line on the way to enable smooth train operations on this phase.
Doubling of Darbhanga-Thalwara and Samastipur-Rambhadrapur rail line part of Darbhanga-Samastipur doubling project worth over ₹580 crore in an effort to improve train operations and reduce delays.
Govt Projects Upgrade Rail Lines
PM Modi may also lay the foundation for multiple rail projects. Rail projects include development of infrastructure for maintenance of Vande Bharat trains at Patliputra. Automatic signalling on Bhatni-Chhapra Gramin rail line (114 km) to allow streamlined train operations. It also facilitates the traction system upgrade in Bhatni-Chhapra Gramin phase. It helps to increase train speeds and strengthens the traction system infrastructure and optimising power efficiency.
