The Staff Selection Commission, SSC, has released the final results of the recruitment for 2025 Constable GD. This massive recruitment includes the process for CAPF positions, SSF, Assam Rifles (Rifleman GD), and Sepoy under the Narcotics Control Bureau. According to the SSC final result, out of 44,266 candidates, 39,375 are men and 4,891 are women. The Central Region, which includes the states of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, accounted for 9,598 selected candidates.
Recruitment: An overwhelming response was seen as 52,69,500 candidates applied for recruitment from all over the nation. Of these, 5,20,290 applicants belonged to the SSC’s Central Region, whose headquarters is located in Prayagraj.
The computer-based examination, the first stage of the recruitment process, was held between February 20 and March 7, along with an additional exam conducted on March 30. Over 10,70,000 candidates from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar participated in this stage, representing 70.4% of all applicants from the Central Region.
The final result of the SSC journey took its next step following the computer-based test, as results of this stage were announced on July 10. Out of the candidates, 3,51,176 qualified for PET and PST. The numbers were 3,11,736 males and 39,440 females. Severe scrutiny in these stages finally yielded the names of 44,266 selected candidates at the end of all those months of toil and hard work.
