Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, in a post on X, was concise in his reward and guidance for the Indian Army. On Wednesday morning, Indian armed forces released ‘Operation Sindoor’ focused on terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
In a post, he said, “Tamil Nadu stands with the Indian Army against terrorism. With our Army, for our state. Tamil Nadu stands resolute.” On Wednesday, Indian armed forces struck 9 terror targets in Pakistan, in what they called a “targeted ” way. According to sources, the Indian authorities have credible leads and evidence pointing closer to the involvement of Pakistan-based terrorists in the Pahalgam attack.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister supports Operation Sindoor
Stalin, who has been responsible of the alleged protection lapses that led to the April 22 terror attack on tourists in the Baisaran valley of Kashmir’s Pahalgam area, had previously entreated the Indian government to take steps to save you from similar terror attacks. He then had the confidence that Tamil Nadu and its people could stand by such efforts.
Operation Sindoor coincided with a state-wide civil defence mock drill on Wednesday, May 7, in over 250 districts in India.
Mock drills conducts on 7 May
The mock drill was conducted on the directive of the Ministry of Home Affairs to states and Union territories to prepared for attacks. Since April 22, tensions between India and Pakistan have been on the rise. So India implementing a slew of diplomatic actions against Pakistan in retaliation for the Pahalgam terrorist attack in which 26 people were killed. Now, operation Sindoor is performing and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister supports it.
