Two men from Indore have funded trip to Kumbh Mela with their girlfriends. They stole money from there and arrested by police after returned from Prayagraj. Two Indore Men Arrested by police, and recover 4 lakh cash and jewelery from from their possession. The arrested men have identified as Santosh Kori and Ajay Shukla. There are already 15 cases of theft registered against them in Indore.
According to information, a increasing number of robbery incidents reported in Indore’s Dwarkapuri from past 15 days. On basis of complaint of theft at four houses in that area, police start investigation and tried to find accused.
Two Indore Men Arrested at Maha Kumbh
The police matched fingerprints and identified the two Indore men. When police tracked their mobile phones, it was found that duo has left for Prayagraj with their girlfriends to go to Maha Kumbh.
Indore Police team have also reach to Prayagraj, but face problems to track the accused because their mobile locations are changing frequently. They also face problems in tracking due to the huge rush of people there. But they were arrested finally after return to indore.
Police Recovered 4 Lakh and Gold Jewelry
In a statement, DCP Rishikesh Meena said, “ Over 15 crore of theft have registered against them.” In interrogation after Two Indore Men Arrested, they confessed that they commits thefts in Dwarkapuri because they wants money to live luxury life with their girlfriends. They also commit that they spend a lot of stolen money on their girlfriends, include trips to Kumbh. The police said, that stolen goods worth 4 lakh that recovered from these Indore men, including cash and jewellery.
