A two-part wearable, the AI Pin, is Humane’s first consumer product.Magnetically attached to clothes or other surfaces, the device includes a square-shaped device and a battery pack

The device is priced at $699 (approximately 58,210) and users will also have to pay a monthly subscription of $24(approximately 2,000), which includes a Humane subscription, a phone number and mobile data.

Powered by an unspecified Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, the AI Pin runs on the Cosmos operating system, which routes your queries to the right tools automatically, without requiring you to install multiple programs.

Using a green laser projector, the AI Pin can holographically display information. The camera can recognize objects, view food for nutritional information, and more.

Gestures and voice commands can be used to control the device.Unlike voice assistants, it does not have a word to wake it, so you will have to press a button manually.

It is basically the integration of AI chatbots like ChatGPT into a device, which is capable of placing calls, messaging, etc.

It also provides real-time translation, answers questions, summarizes emails, provides nutritional information about food, and more. In the near future, the company plans to add navigation and shopping functions.
