DLF Sets New Benchmark in Luxury Real Estate with ₹7,200 Crore Sale of Privana South Residences in Gurugram

In its pre-launch phase, the luxury residential development by DLF Privana in Gurugram Sectors 76 and 77 sold out within 72 hours. On January 8, DLF said it had sold more than 1000 luxury apartments in its latest Gurugram project, Privana South, within three days of pre-launch.

This luxury residential offering by DLF in Sectors 76 and 77, Gurugram, was sold out within 72 hours in its pre-launch phase, the company said.

After almost a decade of speculation, the company launched a high-rise luxury housing project, The Arbour, in 2023, which sold out completely before the official launch.

‘DLF Privana South’ will be part of a larger development, DLF Privana, spread over approximately 116 acres in Sectors 76 and 77 that will feature 1,113 luxury residences across seven towers.

In addition to offering views of the verdant Aravalli Range, the project is near the upcoming 10,000-acre Safari Park.

DLF Privana South is the latest addition to our portfolio of luxury residences.

This swift pre-launch sellout demonstrates the increasing popularity of high-rise luxury developments by DLF, which offer the highly aspirational lifestyle of DLF customers. Each buyer was only allowed to purchase one unit, with about 25 percent of sales coming from non-resident Indians (NRIs), and a booking amount of ₹50 lakh, rather than the industry standard of ₹10 lakh, said Aakash Ohri, DLF Home Developers Ltd’s Joint Managing Director.

Privana South is set to redefine benchmarks in luxury living, and the project marks our entry into this region amid the convergence of flourishing businesses, said DLF’s CEO.

The project is strategically located near the confluence of Southern Peripheral Road, NH-48, NPR (Dwarka Expressway) and CPR, so it provides easy access to key city hubs and beyond, as well as well-developed infrastructure, including offices, schools, 5-star hotels, and golf courses.

It features expansive 9’9″ wide large decks and lofty 3.4-meter floor-to-floor heights, offering panoramic views of both the Aravalli range and the vibrant Gurugram skyline.

Its 472-meter frontage along a 60-meter sector road has been purposefully designed to boost air circulation, increase visibility, maximise natural light, and provide exceptional connectivity, the company said.
