During delhi elections, MLA Dinesh Mohaniya accused by Women for misbehaving her with blowing kisses. On Tuesday, complaint is filed against him at Sangam Vihar Police Station. Women accused him of blowing a flying kiss during the poll campaign. After the complaint, molestation and sexual harassment charges take against the MLA. As per police reports, MLA was make the wrong gestures and blowing kisses at women during campaigning for delhi elections.

Voting for 70 assembly seats is underway from 7 AM and complete on 6 PM. Amid this, a case file against AAP MLA because of his misbehave to women. After women file complaint against AAP MLA, the police registered the case under sections 323/341/509. The three time MLA from Sangam Vihar is contests in delhi assembly polls from his constituency again.
Few months after, he was also allegedly hurling abuse at fruit seller in constituency. On this, MLA defended act by say that fruit seller had set up shop in front of a clogged sewer, that affects the work of civic workers. He deny assault charges, and said,” he only asked fruit seller to move away.” Denying these allegations, more such complaints are come during delhi elections.

Despite MLA Dinesh Mohaniya accused by Women, AAP former CM Arvind Kejriwal is contesting delhi assembly elections against Congress’s Sandeep Dikshit and BJP’s Parvesh Verma. Delhi CM Atishi and AAP Candidates is in fray from Kalkaji constituency, and contests against Congress leader Alka Lamba and BJP’s Ramesh Bidhuri.
AAP’s Manish Sisodia is contesting From the Jangpura seat against Congress’s Farhad Suri and BJP’s Tarvinder Singh Marwah. Senior AAP leader Satyendar Jain competes from Shakur Basti against BJP’s Karnail Singh.
