Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched more than a dozen welfare schemes worth Rs 1,723 crore in delhi. It coincide with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday.
While speaking at Tyagraj Stadium, he criticized the Congress’s “Voter Adhikar Yatra.” Shah claimed that the opposition party started this campaign to protect infiltrators, aims to win elections with their support.

He questioned whether infiltrators should taken off the voter list and challenged the Opposition on whom they aim to protect by leading the “Ghuspaithiya Bachao Yatra.” Shah accused the leader of the main opposition party, who is driving this campaign, of trying to secure an electoral victory by depending on infiltrators. He said that the party wants infiltrators to stay on the voter list because it hopes to win elections. Shah emphasized that the Modi government committed to cleaning up the voter list and removing names of infiltrators.
Highlights the Seva Pakhwada compaign launched by PM Modi
Amit Shah highlighted that the Seva Pakhwada, which began on Wednesday, promotes caring for everyone’s welfare. He mentioned that in the last 11 years, PM Modi has provided benefits to 60 crore poor citizens and helped 25 crore people rise above the poverty line. Shah called this a significant effort and a commitment.
He noted that, irrespective of which party is in power, Modi has consistently offered more than what deserved, without any bias. The health insurance scheme launched by Modi, which covers up to Rs 5 lakh, was not implemented by the previous government in Delhi.
