Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Krishna Singh Kallu said on Thursday that a police complaint has been filed against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in Patna. He is accused of using abusive comments against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The BJP leader urged the public to stop the Opposition’s rally against the alleged vote theft in the upcoming elections.
Rahul Gandhi make abusive comments against PM Modi
Kallu said that Rahul Gandhi has been continuously making abusive comments against PM Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. He condemned the abuse directed at PM Narendra Modi’s mother during a rally in Darbhanga. He found it very disrespectful to insult a person who has passed away. “If someone insults our mother, we cannot tolerate it,” Kallu told.
According to Mr. Kallu, the police have registered an FIR regarding the case at Gandhi Maidan Police Station in Patna. He also claimed that the people of Bihar not allow the INDIA bloc’s rally to take place in the state. “Today, we came to Gandhi Maidan police station and submitted an application for legal action against Rahul Gandhi, resulting in an FIR at the Gandhi Maidan police station. We will not allow Rahul Gandhi’s program to happen in Patna. The people of Bihar will not let it happen,” he said.
BJP accused Congress to insult PM and His Mother
Earlier, several Chief Ministers and other BJP leaders criticized the RJD and Congress for the alleged insults directed at PM Modi and his mother during the rally. The BJP accused the Congress of lowering political standards with such remarks. They demanded an apology from both Rahul and Tejashwi. However, Congress claimed that the BJP is focusing on irrelevant issues.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah strongly condemned the language used against the Prime Minister. He described it as a stain on democracy and asserted that Congress’s politics under Rahul Gandhi has reached its lowest level.
