Slaps Kangana Ranaut if she comes Tamil Nadu, KS Alagiri Says
Alagiri’s remark came in response to a question about an earlier statement made by Ranaut. She claimed that women activists can paid Rs 100 to join protests. The senior Congress leader defended his comments by saying, “Kangana speaks with arrogance,” and pointed out that she slapped by a CISF constable in the past.
He continued his criticism of the BJP MP by saying, “Kangana Ranaut has made such talk many times. Once, at the Delhi airport, a woman CRPF personnel slapped her. She later said it was because she had made derogatory remarks. When she comes this side (south), you should slap her without forgetting about it.”
BJP MP Kangana accused protestors and activists
Ranaut had made remarks about the activists during the 2020 farmers’ protest on X. She accused of defaming Mohinder Kaur, a 73-year-old farmer activist, in a tweet during the protests against the now-repealed farm laws. Kangana Ranaut allegedly confused Kaur with Bilkis Bano of Shaheen Bagh and shows that such women hired to join protests for Rs 100.
Last year, during a security check at Chandigarh airport, Ranaut struck in the face and abused by a woman CISF constable. The constable identified as Kulwinder Kaur. This CISF personnel, upset with Ranaut over her position on the farmers’ protests suspended, and an FIR was filed against her.
