Union minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Tuesday launched the much anticipated New Aadhaar App in a order to make Aadhaar more accessible and secure. The new app, which the union minister announced on X, combines face ID authentication and artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver the digital service to Indian residents through mobile app.
This app, build with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), capabilities QR code-based on the spot verification and real-time face ID for authentication. This will get rid of the want for peoples to hold physical photocopies or cards. Aadhaar verification become as easy as creating a UPI fee, Vaishnaw stated in a post on X.
New Aadhaar App Benefits
With the launch of the Aadhaar app, customers will not want to hold around a physical Aadhaar card or quit photocopies of it throughout travel, hotel check-ins, or purchasing. The app will soon be out of the Beta checking out phase and broadly implemented national.
Instead of displaying physical photocopies of their Aadhaar, the new app could permit individuals to confirm their identification after the QR code experiment. “No need accessible over Aadhaar photocopy at hotel receptions, buy or all through travel. Verification Simple as UPI Fees
