14 Pakistani Army personnel killed in twin attacks in Balochistan

In a double-whammy for Pakistani forces amid India’s Operation Sindoor targeting terror areas, the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed duty for 2 separate attacks in the Bolan and Kech regions of Balochistan province, reportedly killing 14 Pakistani Army soldiers.

In the first attack, the BLA’s Special Tactical Operations Squad (STOS) achieved a remote-managed IED attack on a Pakistani military convoy in the Shorkand place of Mach, Bolan. The explosion killed all 12 squaddies on board, includes Special Operations Commander Tariq Imran and Subedar Umar Farooq. The army vehicle destroyed in the blast.

In any other operation, BLA warring parties centered a Bomb Disposal Squad of the Pakistani Army in the Kulag Tigran place of Kech. The remote-controlled IED detonated around 2:40 pm on Wednesday whilst the unit was completing a clearance mission. Two employees killed in the attack.
