A New case come on rape and murdered a girl. The Class 7 boys from the famous English-medium school in Daund paid Rs 100 Supari to rape and murder a classmate. The student who get supari went to school authorities and disclose their plan. After this, the girl’s father filed a case against the school for not taking action against those boys who paid the money. On Sunday, Daund police booked the headmaster and two school teachers.
After investigation starts, Police come to know that class 7 boys are upset with that girl after she told her teacher that boys forged his parent’s signature on report card. To give her lesson, they offered supari of Rs 100 to Class 9 boy, and plan for her rape and murder.
Parents Action on case of Rs 100 Supari to rape and murder classmate
The parents of the girl alleged that the school did not take any action on this matter after it became public, and they are still ignoring their complaints. It is their irresponsibility that boys tried to do this thing. They approach Daund Police on 23 November, and it was only after following up that the Police registered FIR on Sunday.
On Tuesday, Police called all three for inquiry to take action against their approach of paying Rs 100 Supari to rape and murder a classmate. One of police inspector, Gopal Pawar said that headmaster and two teachers of school are aware of situation, but they failed to report matter to Police. It causes charges of withholding critical information. No action has taken against the boy because he is not yet 12 and the Juvenile Justice Act do not allow them to take criminal action against these children under 12
