In a shocking event that has caused outrage in Rajasthan Kota, a 16-year-old boy allegedly sexually assaulted his 10-year-old friend and killed him by smashing his head with a stone in a nearby forest. The teenager did not stop there; he also subjected the victim’s body to gruesome treatment.

The police have arrested the accused, and he has been placed in a juvenile observation home. They obtained CCTV footage showing him with the victim on the afternoon of May 25, the day of the alleged crime.
This disturbing incident occurred in Kota’s Sogariya area and has sparked a wave of anger among residents.
According to the police, the victim left home around 1 PM on May 25 to play. When he did not return by evening, his family became concerned. They searched nearby areas and contacted relatives before finally filing a missing person report the next day.
Police start investigation
After receiving the report, the Rajasthan police quickly formed multiple teams and began a search using technical surveillance, local intelligence, and interviews with children and acquaintances in the area.
Nearly 30 hours later, they found the boy’s body in a forested area near a workshop. Officers at the scene described the condition of the body as deeply disturbing, with signs that wild animals had partially mauled it. The victim’s head and torso were found separated from each other.
Suspicion fell on a 16-year-old acquaintance of the victim, leading to police questioning. During the interrogation, he reportedly confessed to the crime.
