Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group, launched a new initiative called ‘Apni Baat, Apno Ke Saath’ on Friday. This program aims to connect with over four lakh colleagues in the Adani family, coinciding with World Labour Day.
On social media platform X, the billionaire said, “For me, this is not just a formal dialogue, but an effort to connect with everyone in the Adani family from the heart.”

“Through this initiative, I will share my thoughts, experiences, and learnings over time. I will also strive to learn in return,” he said. He mentioned that this day holds special significance for him.
“On one hand, it is World Labour Day, and on the other, it marks the 40th anniversary of my marriage. I began this sacred occasion with the blessings of Lord Mahadev at Kedarnath Dham, alongside my life partner Preeti,” he said.

The Gautam Adani noted that in these four decades, “Preeti’s companionship has been not just my support, but a calm strength during every challenge and a humble foundation for every success. For this, I am deeply grateful to her.”
“We prayed to Mahadev for our country’s ongoing progress, prosperity, and strength. We also hope to inspire everyone to contribute their best to nation-building,” he said.
He expressed, “I strongly believe that when millions in the Adani family come together as supporters for nation-building, we will not only create projects but also help realize the dream of a developed India.”
