A video showing Vishal Agarwal, the father of the minor accused in the Pune Porsche crash case, celebrating his bail with family members has gone viral on social media, sparking widespread outrage.
The video, recorded shortly after the Supreme Court granted him bail in March, shows Agarwal dancing with his wife and son at a local restaurant while live music plays.

In the video, Agarwal wears garlands made of flowers and currency notes as family members and friends celebrate around him. His son lifts him during the celebration, and his wife joins in the dancing.
Vishal Agarwal granted bail by the Supreme Court on March 10. This was in connection with accusations that he tried to manipulate evidence after the fatal Porsche crash in Pune in May 2024.
How does public react?
A Supreme Court bench with Justices B V Nagarathna and UjjalBhuyan granted bail after noting that Agarwal had spent nearly 22 months in jail. The court also instructed him not to contact witnesses involved in the case.
The Pune Porsche crash case gained national attention when a luxury Porsche, reportedly driven by a minor under the influence of alcohol, hit and killed two software engineers—AnishAwadhiya and Ashwini Costa—in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar area on May 19, 2024.
The public reacted strongly when the Juvenile Justice Board initially granted the teenager bail just hours after the incident, with conditions that included writing an essay on road safety.
