Bulldozer action against Nagpur violence accused Fahim Khan's house

The Municipal Corporation of Maharashtra’s on Monday took bulldozer action against accused of recent Nagpur violence in the town. It occurs after “rumors” spread that a ‘chadar’ with non-secular inscriptions. It burnt throughout protests led by Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) disturbing the elimination of Aurangzeb’s tomb in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

The Municipal Corporation team reached the residence of Fahim Khan. A key accused in the violence who booked for sedition, with bulldozers. It is to destroyed unauthorized structure he did not have eliminated.

Khan, a pacesetter of the Minority Democratic Party (MDP), is among 100 people arrested for the violence in Maharashtra’s Nagpur city on March 17, as per news.  A few days back, the Nagpur Municipal Corporation issued a letter to Khan. The letter mentioned various lapses and absence of the constructing plan approval (for his house), sources said. The house, located at Sanjay Bagh Colony in Yashodhara Nagar location of Nagpur, registered under name of Fahim Khan’s wife, as per reports.

The Nagpur violence occurs on March 17. However, It is after rumours unfold that a ‘chadar’ with non secular inscriptions have been burnt during protests led through the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) worrying the removal of Aurangzeb’s tomb in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

The clashes ended in big stone-pelting and arson across several components of the city, leaving 33 police employees, consisting of 3 Deputy Commissioner of Police-rank officials, injured.
